Hierarchy for Submitting Complaints

1

📌 Panchayat Level

Panchayat Secretary / President / Grievance Committee

File a complaint directly to them first to seek resolution for local disputes or application delays.

2

📌 District Level

Joint Director / Deputy Director (LSGD)

If a resolution is not obtained at the Panchayat level, approach the District Joint Director or Deputy Director.

3

📌 Legal Level

Ombudsman / Tribunal

Approach these legal bodies if officials intentionally commit illegal acts, practice corruption, or deny entitled services.

ℹ️ Important: Citizens are encouraged to first approach the appropriate authority at the Panchayat level for resolving service-related complaints. Where appropriate, complaints may subsequently be escalated to the district-level authorities or relevant statutory bodies.
